What you’ll be responsible for:
Manage, develop, maintain, and update the flow of project documentation ensuring that stakeholders, receive accurate and timely information. This includes working with reports, highlight reports, data reports, and presentations.
Escalate any issues raised or discovered to the HR Business Partner for the implementation of solutions and / or remedial action.
Organise briefings, meetings and other events as required of the project, including finding and booking venues and equipment, and providing the necessary documentation, creating presentations, informal and formal consultation documents, project management documentation, updating job descriptions and taking minutes, notes, etc.
Support the development of engagement and organisational change activity, if required, internally and externally.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

Job Title: Project Officer - 37.5 Hours per week

Contract: Initial 12-18-Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary/Benefits: Up to £232 Per Day PAYE Base / £242.45 Uplifted / £310.71.
Role Details - Project Officer
We are currently looking for a Project Officer to join a renowned organisation based in London on an initial 12-18-month Fixed Term Contract.
The Project Officer will be responsible for providing project support on a high-profile project, The PO will be dealing with the transactional day to day running of the project and completing RAID logs, updating project documents, and attending project related meetings.
Key responsibilities of the Project Officer
* Supports the delivery of large-scale projects with significant complexity, involving sophisticated stakeholder management of internal networks and external partners, in a sensitive political environment
* Ensures delivery of projects to meet the agreed objectives, in line with quality standards, including adherence to all processes and procedures, governance requirements and communication standards
* Supports Project Manager to manage an indirect matrix project delivery team, including internal staff, agency and contract workers in order to ensure successful delivery of project objectives
* Supports management of the PMO, undertaking project planning (including scoping work packages and outputs, identifying key milestones and dependencies, highlighting and mitigating risks, managing cost controls etc), establishing and maintaining PPM tools (e.g. project plan, risk and issues registers, decision log) to facilitate monitoring and ensure delivery is on track, and leads delivery of certain work packages directly, as required
* Manages an effective and responsive reporting programme, which aligns with the organisations' reporting mechanisms and caters to the needs of different audiences
* Supports management of an effective governance programme, including a senior stakeholder steering group, informing of progress, and influencing and driving senior level decision making in a timely manner to keep projects on track
* Maintains effective working relationships with the project Sponsor, suppliers' and contractors' project management teams as appropriate to facilitate the smooth running of the project
* Coordinates activity to support effective budget management within the organisations' financial management mechanisms, identifying and escalating cost risks
* Monitors resource plan to ensure that the resource requirements for projects are communicated and agreed by relevant stakeholders
Key skills required of the Project Officer
* Solid knowledge and understanding of project and programme management methodologies
* Strong knowledge and understanding of project control tools and techniques
* Professional qualification in Project/Programme Management such as PRINCE 2, APMP or MSP
* Strong knowledge and understanding of project budgeting, procurement processes and contract management in a project management setting
* Expert use of MS Project
Procurement Manager (Social Care)
Location: London (hybrid)
Contract: 6 Months
Hours: Contract
Salary/Benefits: Up to £500/day
You must be able to get into London 1 day per week.
You will be managing complex procurement projects from end to end, across the social care and/or the Public Health Category and therefore experience of working to PCR2015 in a similar role is essential. You will be required to maintain strong stakeholder relationships and help to drive procurement strategies.

And unless you're away on operations or training exercises, you'll normally work 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
